Playtest with the Gundalow Company!

The first playtest with folks from the Gundalow Company completed today!  The rain held off long enough so that I could take Rich, Gretchen, and Matt for a test run with the initial production version.  They were very excited to finally see the game and we all had a lot of fun.  It was no surprise that Matt, using his skills as the captain of the actual gundalow, Piscataqua, quickly proceeded to accumulate the most money by the end of the game.

Ebb Tide Games also donated a number of initial production copies of Gundalow, Gundalow Kids, and the expansions to the Gundalow Company for their use in their educational and camp programs.

Playtesting Gundalow with (L to R) Matt Glenn, Gretchen Stuppy Carlson, and Rich Clyborne from the Gundalow Company. The poker chips were used as weights to keep the wind from blowing away the game pieces. Matt used his skills as the captain of the gundalow Piscataqua to beat us handily!
